(...) A pesar de las dificultades que en ocasiones arriban con una desafiante población de estudiantes, Ms. Tatiana conectó fuertemente con los estudiantes y sus familias con quien trabajó casi inmediatamente.
Ms. Tatiana vino a nuestro colegio y formó parte de nuestra comunidad rápido y sin esfuerzo. Ella siempre estaba dispuesta a trabajar con nuevos estudiantes y sus familias. Una vez que comenzó con ellos a trabajar, ellos la comenzaban a buscar para su apoyo (emocional). A partir de entonces, el personal vió resultados rápido en términos de que los estudiantes comenzaban a identificar sus emociones y a pedir ayuda cuando lo necesitaban.

(...) Despite the difficulties that sometimes come with a challenging population of students, Ms. Tatiana made strong connections with the students and families she worked with almost immediately.
Ms. Tatiana came in to our school and became part of our school community quickly and effortlessly. She was always willing to work with new students and families. Once she began with them they began seeking her out for support. The staff saw results with students quickly thereafter in terms of students beginning to identify their emotions and ask for help when they needed it.

(…) Estamos muy contentos de tener a Tatiana Buch como parte de nuestro programa y agencia. Tatiana ha sido colocada en Brentwood Academy, una escuela kinder y primaria en Palo Alto del Este. Ella tiene una gran habilidad para trabajar con clientes desafiantes, ella va más allá por sus clientes, y nosotros continuamente recibimos retroalimentación positiva del personal de su escuela en relación a su trabajo con los estudiantes. Su habilidad para encontrar a sus clientes en donde ellos se encuentran (psicológicamente) ha resultado en que ella tenga una alta proporción de estudiantes que embonan con ella. Los niños han respondido muy bien a sus intervenciones y sus maestros han reportado que el rendimiento de esos niños ha mejorado en su salón de clase y en la escuela en general.

...We are very happy to have Tatiana Buch as part of our program and our agency. Tatiana was placed at the Brentwood Academy, a K-5 school located in East Palo Alto. She has a great ability to engage challenging clients, she goes above and beyond for her clients, and we consistently receive positive feedback from staff at her school site regarding her work with students. Her ability to meet her clients where they are at has resulted in her having a high engagement rate with the students that she works with. The children have responded very well to her interventions and improvements in the classroom and at school have been reported by the teachers.

(...) Tatiana Buch es una psicoterapeuta extraordinaria. Ella es capaz de manejar una carga de casos significativamente más grande que otros psicoterapeutas y clientes más desafiantes. Ella es extremadamente trabajadora, dedicada, confiable, organizada, responsable y capaz de trabajar bien con una población muy desafiante.
Ella construye fuertes alianzas terapéuticas a través de cariño, amabilidad, creatividad, alegrÃa, cero criticismos, paciencia y calma. Ella es extremadamente abierta a la retroalimentación y aprende muy rápido. Tiene la capacidad de mantener la calma en situaciones de crisis y manejar a niños y adultos con una historia traumática importante que resulta en emociones muy grandes, asà como a aquellos que parecen muy cerrados. Además, es muy flexible, adaptable y descubre la mejor manera de llegar y trabajar con cada individuo.
Ella trabaja extremadamente bien de forma independiente y pide ayuda cuando sea apropiado. Tatiana es hábil para trabajar con niños de edades comprendidas entre cuatro años y hasta adolescentes y adultos. Ella es capaz de atraer clientes usando una variedad de modalidades y es hábil en la terapia de juego y de arte y la terapia de conversación. Ella trabaja muy bien con una población extremadamente diversa culturalmente y con una historia de trauma. Tatiana realiza todos los trámites, contactos colaterales y preparación grupal. (...Tatiana Buch is an extraordinary intern. She is able to handle a significantly larger case load and more challenging clients than other interns. She is extremely hardworking, dedicated, reliable, organized, responsible, and able to work well with a very challenging population. She builds strong therapeutic alliances though genuinely caring, kindness, creativity, playfulness, and by being non-judgemental, patient and calm. She is extremely open to feedback and a very quick learner. SHe has ability to stay calm in crisis and handle children and adults with a significant trauma history that results in very big emotions as well as those who appear very shut down. In addition, she is flexible, adaptable and figures out the best way to reach and work with each individual. She works extremely well independently and asks for support when. Tatiana is skilled at working with children ranging in ages from four up to teenage as well as adults. She is able to engage clients using a variety of modalities and is adept with play, art and talk therapy. She works very well with an extremely culturally diverse population with a history of trauma. Tatiana follows through with all paperwork, collateral contracts, and group preparation. She is able to counsel in English, Spanish, and French....)

(…) Hace más de un año conozco a la Sra. Buch, ella siempre se presenta como buena, preocupada e interesada, y es la persona más gentil que usted o cualquier persona podrá conocer. Yo estoy bajo los cuidados de dos doctores en el Boston Medical Center, y ninguno de ellos se acerca tanto a entenderme y a mis problemas como Tatiana Buch. En los últimos 8 meses hemos desenterrado y resuelto una lista de problemas psicológicos que me conciernen, sobrepasando a mis doctores de 3 años (…)
